EPICPortal® |
iCounty’s EPICPortal is a standards-based electronic recording solution for submitters and counties. EPICPortal is unique in the market because it provides a beginning-to-end solution that doesn't exclude any submitters or other county software providers from participation. While a current lack of standards causes other e-recording implementations to be under-utilized, iCounty's EPICPortal provides an open, standards based, predictable interface to the e-recording process. Our open approach increases ROI by providing access to a larger population of submitter and county participants.
Our EPICPortal solution is designed to accept a variety of submission formats and translate between formats that may be employed by participating submitters, e-recording vendors, and counties. This inherent flexibility frees EPICPortal participants from the burdensome tasks of tracking, adapting to, and testing compliance with changing formats and standards.
Due to its flexible design, EPICPortal remains agnostic of particular submitter and recorder systems-- any submission system is permitted to submit via EPICPortal. This flexibility enables e-recording solutions to reach counties that don't support them directly, and allows counties to work with the backend RMS solution of their choice. This enables both submitters and counties to choose software solutions based on their needs, not on the choices of other participants. |
